How It Works

Renting From Us, Start to Finish

1. Find a unit. Everything showing above is genuinely available. When a unit is leased it comes off the list, so you are not touring something that was rented two weeks ago.

2. Schedule a showing. Call or text 414-533-RENT, or start from the listing itself. We manage these buildings ourselves, so the person showing you the unit is the person who will still be managing it after you move in.

3. Apply online. Applications run through our secure tenant portal rather than a paper form. You will be asked for identification, income verification, and rental history.

4. Move in. Lease signing, deposit, and move-in coordination are handled through the same portal, and the unit is cleaned, painted, and repaired before you get the keys.

5. Stay in the portal. Once you are in, rent payments, maintenance requests, and messages all run through the tenant portal, 24 hours a day. Maintenance goes to a real vendor network, not a voicemail box.

Are these listings actually current?

Yes. The list above is pulled live from our leasing system, so a unit disappears once it is rented rather than sitting up as bait.

How do I schedule a showing?

Call or text 414-533-RENT (7368), or email cl@milwaukeepm.com. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Central.

How do I apply?

Applications are submitted online through our tenant portal. You can start from any listing above, or go straight to the listings and application page.

What will I be asked for?

How do I pay rent or report a repair once I move in?

Both run through the tenant portal, online and available 24 hours a day. Maintenance requests are timestamped and dispatched to our vendor network rather than sitting in an inbox.
