Why We Do This
We started Milwaukee Property Management LLC because too many local landlords were stuck choosing between doing everything themselves or handing their property to a management company that treated it like a number on a spreadsheet. We built this company to be the option in between: full-service management, without losing the personal relationship.
Today we manage single-family homes, duplexes, and multi-family buildings throughout Milwaukee County — handling tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance, evictions, and everything in between, backed by a 12-month new tenant guarantee on 12-month leases that we've never had to walk back.
